The Nu Alpha Kappa Fraternity Inc. is hosting their 7th Annual NAKland Children’s Carnival/College Information Fair on May 4th, 2024 from 12:00pm-3:00pm at the University of Nevada, Reno. They will provide children in our community with a day filled with games, fun booths, tours of the university, prizes and food/drinks. We are able to provide all of this to the children in our community and their families completely free of charge with the help of our generous sponsors.

NAKland is an opportunity to expose hundreds of children to higher education. It’s a platform to unite and build the community. Research shows that children who set foot on a university campus are more likely to pursue higher education in the future. Believe it or not, the university is foreign to many of the children in our community. While they know it exists, they've never explored it nor know its benefits. By exposing them to college, children are encouraged to start thinking about higher education at an early age.

Please join Nu Alpha Kappa in their mission to unite families in our community by providing a day of fun and entertainment, establishing life-long relationships, and creating a harmonious environment in which we emphasize the importance of diversity and education.
