Happy Holidays Mariposa Families! We will be handing out holiday gifts for families on Tuesday (12/15) and Wednesday (12/16) in the afternoon pick up line. If you are on “at home learning” our office staff will be in touch with you to make a plan for pick up. We are so lucky to have an amazing community that generously donated to us! Esto será MUY importante cuando regrese a la escuela después de las vacaciones.

Familias, estamos conscientes de los posibles cambios en las escuelas que nos rodean y en WCSD. En este momento, Mariposa no ha necesitado aislar clases y tenemos personal completo. Con base en estos datos, planearemos regresar de las vacaciones de Acción de Gracias según lo planeado, para el aprendizaje en persona y nuestra opción de aprendizaje en casa. Si algo cambia y los datos exigen un cambio, nos pondremos en contacto de inmediato con un plan para apoyar a los estudiantes y las familias.
Families, we are aware of potential changes at schools around us and in WCSD. At this time, Mariposa has not needed to isolate classes and we have full staffing. Based on this data, we will plan to return from Thanksgiving break as planned, for in person learning and our at home learning option. If something changes and data mandates a change we will be in touch immediately with a plan to support students and families.

Families, we have a few reminders for you.
Please remember to check your child each day to make sure they are not sick before coming to school. Also, if you have anyone in your house that is sick or has been tested for COVID, please stay home. Now more than ever, it is important to stay focused on our new regulations that support health and safety for all.
All students must remember to wear a mask to school each day, and families must wash the cloth masks regularly.
Pick up and drop off are done in the front of our school. Please DO NOT park across the street and cross the street. There isn’t a crosswalk and it is illegal and dangerous to cross there.
There will be NO SCHOOL on Wed., November 11, 2020 in observance of Veteran's Day. We will see you back on Thursday!
