Dear Families, School meals will be available today, Friday, August 28 for all students. Due to staffing limitations, families need to go to the WCSD Nutrition Services Center Central Kitchen Facility located at 585 Spice Islands Ct. in Sparks. Meal distribution will be available today from 11:30 am to 1 pm and includes a one-day breakfast and lunch pack. All students (free, reduced, or paid) are welcome to participate, and fees will be charged later. Please provide your students’ names and school.

Due to the air quality and space limitations for indoor recess etc., Mariposa will be on a DISTANCE LEARNING day today. Some reminders as we get ready for week 2... 1. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you are doing the health survey every day for your student before bringing them to the building. You must also let your classroom teacher know weekly that you are aware of the expectation and are indeed doing the survey daily. 2. Please use our drop off and pick up system as set up in our driveway and refrain from parking and having your student walk to your car or walking up to the school to ensure safety for students, staff, and families.
